I'm currently Director of Product at OpenSecrets, where I'm working to make campaign finance and political influence data more accessible and actionable for journalists, compliance professionals, and the public.
Before that, I led non-subscriber product management and user research across 29 newspapers and 9 magazines at McClatchy Media. Before that, I was the first product manager at Prolegis, built experimental local news products at WhereBy.Us, and was an early product hire at Axios.
Outside work, I'm a documentary film photographer currently capturing New York City subway stations, a project I began in 2018. I love photographing weddings and using photography as a tool to explore New York City, my home of 8 years. I'm also a certified reiki healer, providing low-cost energy healing in Brooklyn.
I'm a regular meditator and frequent solo traveler — I’ve traveled alone on 5 continents. In 2023, I took a sabbatical and spent six months in India, Nepal, and Thailand, where I deepened my spiritual practice, completed a weeklong silent retreat and hiked to some very high altitudes.
